F/U to Samuel's infection

The infection Sam contracted from his PICC line was contained to it. It didn't spread to his blood, urine, spinal fluid, etc. He's being weaned off the vent right now and is doing really well with his feedings. He's actually being taken off his IV alimentation because he's up to 1 oz every four hours! He's up to a whooping 2lbs 11oz and is still his active and feisty self. He'll be on his antibiotics for a 10 day stretch, but they don't seem to be bothering him.  

I love it when he has a good day. It makes the bad days seem not so bad.
