I feel like I am frazzled every day at lunch trying to come up with something for us to eat. Ideally, DD will eat what I eat, but I guess I just don't have the right stuff on hand.
We had hummus and pita bread today. The boys also had peaches and grapes.
We do: tuna fish sandwiches, mac & cheese, grilled cheese, ravioli, fish sticks (on occasion), ham, etc. They ALWAYS have fruit with their lunches too.
She normally has some veggies (I keep about 4-6 bags of different frozen veggies in the freezer) and then some of the protien that is left over from dinner the night before. Sometimes I make her a sandwich or quesadila.
I will buy myself stuff to make a quick sandwich or eat leftovers.
DS eats leftovers with me when appropriate. Otherwise ravioli and grilled cheese are two of his current favorites. He always gets fruit and/or a veggie.
I mostly eat leftovers from the night before. If it's something the boys will eat, I give them that too. Last night we had baked ziti so we all had that for lunch. Tonight for dinner DH and I are having buffalo chicken sandwiches, which the kids won't eat. I always have veggies (peas, carrots, sweet potato chunks, green beans) and fruit to give the baby. I also have quick cook brown rice and different cans of beans that can be quickly boiled up. If I make grilled cheese or macaroni and cheese for my older son, I'll give the baby that too. I've also started coming up with a lunch and dinner menu plan before grocery shopping so that I have plenty of options for me and the kids all week.
Today I had a half a grilled cheese with soup. DD ate the other half of the grilled cheese. She also had some sliced up grapes and carrots, but I think those ended up on the floor.
Usually I give DD leftovers from our dinner the night before (broiled chicken or fish, steamed veggies, pasta, etc). I usually have a sandwich or leftovers as well.

Thanks for the ideas. I have this thing about DD not having too much sodium and I think I'm going overboard with it because I keep second guessing things to give her. I also finally controlled myself when cooking to not cook for an army and now we rarely have leftovers. I think I need to find a happy medium.
I usually have a turkey and cheese sandwich and I make her an egg or grilled cheese or avocado one. Lately we've been having leftovers from dinner the night before so we do eat the same thing. If I'm feeling lazy I'll give her toast with cream cheese or hummus. Along with fruits or veggies.
I eat a protein, salad, and 8 oz grapfruit juice daily.
Dylan eats pasta, veggies (frozen in bag and boiled up quick), grilled cheese w/ hardly any butter, ravioli, small peices of lunch meat, chicken, or turkey, fruits such as bannana, cantoloupe, peaches...shredded cheese, toast w/ fruit puree on it.. and small bites of what I am eating if he wants.
Sometimes I give him leftovers from Daddy's dinner (which is what I cook him) as long as it's not unhealthy.
I typically eat a salad, leftovers, a quesadilla (made with refried black beans, a bit of cheese, and some avocado slices), pasta with a touch of salt and olive oil, or a sandwich of some type.
LO will have any combination of the follwoing, pasta, toast with butter or hummus, veggies/fruit, and yogurt with applesauce.
Our first baby girl, Lucia Joy, joined us on April 1, 2010!
