vicks plug in ?

Anyone know the age that you can start using a vicks plug in ? The nurse just recommended it to me but I'm not sure if she knew that LO is 7 months. TIA.

    I've used it off and on since LO was 4 months old. They have a pediatric version that I used but I don't think it said an age on it.

    It makes a big difference when she is stuffy.  Another thing you can try that I use sometimes is the vapors water.  You add it to the humidifier.

    Learn something new everyday....I never even heard of this amazing thing before! Too bad DD is just getting over her cold, I could have used this information last week.

     Slapping myself on the wrist for being too busy at work! ha ha
