Any "must haves" as far as baby gear goes? I think I am ok but wanted to get some input so I can keep an eye out on Craigslist for the next SIX weeks!

I am borrowing a Moby wrap and have a double stroller, Ergo, buying THIS diaper bag, and have an infant carseat all ready. Am I missing anything obvious that will make my life with 2 easier? We are going to buy a second camera for our baby monitor as well, but will probably wait a bit on that seeing it is $110 JUST for the stupid camera. Sheesh!

I think you're pretty good.  The only other thing I can think of is a place for the LO to nap.  We had borrowed a 2nd PNP for downstairs, but gave it back after it wasn't needed.

I am borrowing a bassinet for our room and we have a PNP set up down stairs. So we are ready there!

I think you have everything covered.  I can't really think of anything else.  I think the only main additional things we got were a new video monitor system to handle two rooms and the double stroller.  Plus, because the girls were opposite seasons, I had to buy a lot of new clothes for DD#2.
