I've done it sadly. We went through a 3 month period where C woke up anywhere from 2x per night to 10x per night. 2x I can handle. 10x... not so much. I wouldn't have been productive anyway.

I wouldn't of called in, though I would of considered it.  Honestly, I can relax more at work than I can at home with Baby D.  Staying home with him is exhausting.

My little angel, light of my life, has NEVER slept through the night and the last 4 nigts has been up every hour and a half!  I have 10 hours of work and 3 hours of grad school today and I just want to crawl under my desk.  Oh, and the hubs didn't make coffee and I was running too late to stop...today sucks.

i thought about doing that today too. and dh got up with her every time. i just feel like i am soooooooo behind on sleep! ugh. and i can never catch up because she rarely sttn and always gets up at like 6am!

I wonder this myself all the time! Getting up at 4am blows. But, if I want to have any me time, or me and SO time after LO goes to sleep - it means I get waaaaay less sleep.
