F/U to someone else claiming DD on taxes..

So we finally got ahold of the IRS. It turns out that it was a glitch and it happened to like thousands of other families.

They said we should be getting a letter stating the mistake, then a letter to tell us the money will be in our account.

I am so glad this was just a glitch! I was so nervous about the whole thing!

I know that H&R Block doesn't have a good rep, however the lady who does our taxes has been a family friend for years and has always treated us very well! Around here there isn't many options besides us doing them ourselves or going to H&R Block. I could never imagine doing them on my own because it makes me way too nervous lol.

    HAHA, yea I never thought anything like this could happen! The first thing I thought was someone made a mistake on their childs SSN or someone stole DD's SSN!

    First year claiming a baby and something like this happens. THANKS A LOT IRS!
