No, we just got busy the day after I stopped bleeding and we got a boy. I'm not sure you can make it happen by doing one thing or another, but my chinese birth chart said November and December were boy months which is when we got pregnant. Also, I've heard that the boy sperm die sooner. So you have to get the egg and sperm together asap. The trick is knowing when that should happen. Supposedly, though, the egg chooses which sperm is to fertilize her so it might not be up to any of that any way. I really don't think we have much say in the matter. GL though!
I don't know about the test, but charting worked for me and a few of my friends! I wanted a girl and did it 3 days before I was supposed to ovulate and got a girl. Ditto with my friends and SIL. We had the same due date.. weird to think about haha. But I've also heard the boy sperm die quicker but are faster, so you're most likely to get a boy if you do the deed the day you ovulate. Who really knows though...
My husband said we might be done if we have a boy next, which makes me kind of sad. I think the chinese gender predictor was wrong for me, but we weren't trying for one or the other.
Yea, definitely NOT the monitor that's causing girls. If it were accurate and the Shettles method had any truth to it, you'd be much more likely to have a boy only having sex within the 24 hours of your surge.
I think you've got a 50% chance of only one more kid!

Pretty sure it's the monitor that gave you the girl.... steer clear!
