UPDATE: Appt today and had a terrible nightmare last night

We had our monthly on Friday and everything was great!  We've got a strong heartbeat of 170!  It was so surreal and amazing to be able to hear it.  I feel so much better now.  We also started coming out to the rest of our friends and family.  I am still trying to figure out how to tell some extended, out of town, family members that I don't talk to much before I come on FB but it still feels so good! Thanks for all your T&P.

I dreamt I had an u/s and there was no HB.  I just got over a chemical pregnancy in November so i've been dealing with a lot of paranoia and fears.
