This might be a weird question, but when you have sex, do you take your bra off?

DH always wants my shirt and bra off and for some reason it makes me uncomfortable. I don't really see my boobs as a sexual thing anymore because of BFing, but DH certainly does. I've even told him that it is weird for me.

Am I the only one?

You may not see them that way anymore but DH sure still does! My dh always wants it all off too; sometimes when I'm lazy I ask if I can just open the flaps he doesn't usually go for it!

naw, i never covered up, my husband was faded by it, i was a little embarrassed at first but my husband assured me that he wasnt offend by it and that was the end of the uncomfortableness for us

Yes, my bra comes off almost immediately.

I'm not BFing any more (supply issues) but when I was, no, I did not take off whatever was covering me.  I leaked- a fair amount, and although at times I could get over the "not sexual parts" feeling, I couldn't get over the simple fact that a little physical attention could get both of us covered in milk.  DH wasn't down with that either though so it wasn't an issue.  More of an issue when he'd grab at me (fully clothed) and I felt weird about that, but I tried to keep things in perspective that someday they'd be a part of the sexual experience again.

FWIW, now that I'm not breastfeeding any longer (or leaking) they have become sexual body parts again.  It doesn't feel weird anymore.  It's different than it was before, but not as bad when I was still actively BF (or even pumping)...

Funny you should ask this because I just started wearing my bra during sex, its much more comfortable to hold these big DD mama-jamas in something rather than flying all over the place, the hubs doesn't mind

I was actually just thinking about this last night. I take my bra or shirt or whatever off if DH asks me too. But I don't think of my breasts, or any other breasts for that matter, in a sexual way at all anymore. DH certainly does, but I just can't. He can touch them or whatever, but if he gets too boob centric it is a total turn off now. That not being the case anymore is one of the things I look forward to when I think of the future when I will no longer be BFing.

The bra comes off.  Keeping it on would be weird for me.

He's just not allowed to fondle as much as before because I'm more sensitive.

I do, but I don't ever leak. I don't let him touch my nipples though, it's hard for me to compartmentalize those two aspects of my life.

Yeah, I opened this, but it's not applicable to me. I want to have sex, but LO still gets up whenever the hell she likes and it freaks DH out that she might start screaming while we're having sex down the hall. Maybe I'll get some action for valentine's day?

I take both off.  Unless they are super full & I know I'm going to leak, then I'll leave the bra on.  He absolutely hates my nursing tanks so if I'm wearing that it's for sure coming off, lol.

I do completely uncover, but I've told my H that my boobs get touched too much and they aren't sexy while I'm BFing. He understands, and I give him the freedom to enjoy them somewhat but then we move on to other enjoyable things. I've never leaked or anything like that, but we never have sex when the girls are very full.

It was the same with G. While I was feeding and the girls were getting touched all the time (obviously in a natural, maternal way), they didn't feel sexy in the bedroom. But as G neared being completely weaned, the girls went back to normal. Don't worry.

If I didn't let the girls out, it would take him a longer to finish, so YES I let them out. But I tell him not to go near the nipples.

Sometimes I leave it on, but my husband likes for it to be off.  Especially in the beginning, I liked to leave it on because I would leak EVERYWHERE!  He also tends to get wrapped up in the moment and grab a boob and then I start leaking.  Lately I haven't had that issue though.

I started leaking at 17 weeks pregnant... my bra has been on since then.  It freaks DH out, so he prefers that I wear the bra.  I don't mind having it off, but I know the leaking would get messy, so it doesnt' bother me to keep it on either.
