Wow. Thanks! I don't need chili, enchilada casserole, or broccoli cheese casserole. I have done those to death. Would love to have a few of our top pics. Hubby and I are not picky eaters we love anything, especially stuff with spicy kick.

My mom bought me this cookbook for christmas and it has been AMAZING. The concept is to cook and freeze 15 meals (that are double portions, so they make 30 meals) in one day. I actually only do 4 or 5 each weekend and pop them in the freezer to have on hand for quick dinners, but if you're ambitious you could do more.
Anyway, I can share some of the recipes out of there that I've tried if you want, but I HIGHLY recommend getting the book because there are SOOO many good ones!

I've been posting these on the 3rd tri board for mommies to be & thought I'd share them here too. Here
are Freezer Friendly and Make Ahead recipes featured in my blog. It took
me roughly 2 days to prep, assemble and complete all the meals for the
freezer but you can definitely take your time. I do recommend reading
this article: Freezer Meals: Preparations before you get started so you're prepared with containers and what you'll need. Happy cooking!

Is it a total pain to send them to me, too?
Also, broccoli cheese casserole? Enchilada casserole? Yum! Care to share?
TIA!
