So Dylan woke up today with a red bumpy, splotchy rash all over his back, chest, front diaper area and part of his neck. He's not acting bothered or itchy so do I just leave it alone?
Had he been running a fever the past few days? This just happened with Ellery, same rash and turned out to be Roseola, a childhood illness which is a high fever for avg of 3-4 days, followed by a rash. We took to to the doctor and she was diagnosed with this.

He actualy has and when I googled rashes that came up. What did they tell you? Do I need to take him in?

There is no treatment for it. You could take him in and they will diagnose him with it and send you on your way. Its most contagious when he has the fever so nothing to worry about now.
