That sounds delish. I'm planning our menu for this week and I think I'll add a night to grill - what a great idea!

Mmm!  Eggs Benedict are my favorite breakfast/brunch food to order at restaurants!  Another Broken Egg has a great one!  Never tried making it myself  though...poaching eggs, hollandaise sauce...too fancy for a weeknight meal for this gal!  You go!

The pot roast I'm making is a crockpot recipe!  It's in my blog if you want to see it!

I totally cheat and use the Knorr's Hollandaise sauce packets....super easy and yummy!  Poached eggs...also very easy once you've done it a few times.  The pan you use to poach the eggs gets really nasty and hard to clean though.  Angry

    Monica-

Do you cook the carrots in the pot the entire 8 hours with the roast?

I do!  They get really soft, but that's how we like them.  I use baby carrots.  You could probably put them in a few hours into it though.
