i just took 574 pictures

of riley in her valentine's day outfit. all in manual mode. not one came out. she tried to crawl away the whole time.

    Oh No!! That sucks! As they get mobile the pictures get harder and harder to take.  By the time I hit to take the picture now my DD has already ran out of the picture.  All I get is a streak. LOL

    i gave up before i cried. manual mode is just too frustrating today. the light keeps changing because the sun is going in and out of the clouds.

    That's about how many I took of Jo in her Christmas outfit for the Christmas card.  Only 3 came out even remotely usable. At least there was one awesome winner in those 3 to use on the card.

    That sucks. I have the same problem, and when I play with the shutter speed and ISO it ends up taking forever to get it right and by the time I do he doesn't want to get his picture taken anymore.

    exactly!!! ugh. and every time the sun went behind the clouds and the lighting changed, i had to play with it again! poor dh, he waved so many stuffed animals and toys behind me for nothing, lol.

    Awwww, I'm so sorry I couldn't do it today.  Now I feel guilty.  If we can do it next week, bring her V-day outfit and I'll retake them for you!!!  Better late than never!

    This always happens to me too!  UGH.

    I'm so pissed at myself that I got a DSLR after he was already mobile!  Grrr.

    I tried to take pics of these two for Vday.  Huge failure.  I stayed in A b/c I knew manual would be useless for that.  They are getting way too fast.
