I have only ONE acceptable pair of pants to wear to my new job on Monday. Fortunately, they are clean. Unfortunately, my washer is broken and I have no idea when someone is coming to fix it.

*I could elaborate, but leaving this post as such is much more dramatic! lol
Re: Here is my weekend dilema
At least you have a washer/dryer, even though it needs fixing...
We haven't had a washer/dryer for years. I still take the clothes to my mother's to wash. And it is effing annoying... I do hope yours can be fixed soon though!
Good thing I never have any place important to be. I'm one of those skeezy moms who hangs out in pajamas all day. =/ I know some bumpies would have a lot to say about that!
mmmm im stumped lol
i say... comfy pants but thats a no go at work.... a least for you.
i think thats why i enjoy being a SAHM so much cuz i dont have to get outta my pj's if i dont want to. but i also give the working mom kudos for going out...
i dont think im any help in this matter. but i wanted to post soo...
WEEEEeeeeeee
Oh! So I am not the only one who stays in pjs!! Hahaha.
LOL I appreciate your post berry!
The easy answer is to fix the washer, go to the laundry mat, and buy more pants.
Well, the washer will be fixed, just dunno when. We live in an apt. and the maintenance guy came yesterday morning, said he couldn't fix it, and he'd call G&E since it's new and has a warranty. He said the office would call me about it. Ok, ok - I know it's the weekend, but they had all day Friday and they are open on Saturday and I haven't gotten a call. Wah.
And I am not spending money on clothes right now. Just not happening. maybe in a couple of weeks, we'll see.
Also, i was never explicitly told NOT to wear jeans, but I don't want to chance it. And since becoming a SAHM, I've worn out most of my jeans (jeans used to be a Saturday occurrence only) So.....even if I did wear jean, that only increases my pants by 1, since the rest are ratty.
I just wrote a novel on pants and no one cares, LOL!

jk! OP, go shopping tomorrow. Tis what I would do
Hahaha, I love that you just explained to me your life story about jeans. I currently have two pairs of maternity jeans, and two pairs of other maternity black pants. Two maternity leggings. And some maternity shirts.
I have been living the maternity lifestyle..for way too long... So, that is also why pajamas are so very, very necessary...
Nope! count me in on that one too, though I prefer to cal them "lounge clothes" ;o)
And I'd totally join you guys right now but I'd end up staying in too long and I really need sleep. :oP
And OP, I second the "go shopping tomorrow!" notion a PP said
you got a good reason to!
I have like no non "lounge" pants that fit me comfy. My jeans don't look bad on me, but they don't feel good (probably because I'm always rocking pj pants hahaha) so I change out of them as quick as I can even when I wear them. And forget any "nice" pants. Those are a size I'm sad to think I'll never see again haha.
If I'm at home, I'm in pjs too! I want to be comfy!
I can do you one better. Some days I don't even wear pants.
