Hi everyone,So yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in... well, too long. And I kept everything pretty low-impact - did the elliptical for 20 minutes and then some very light weight lifting (arms and legs only). Well, about 15 minutes into the elliptical workout I felt a little twinge on the left side of my stomach - not TOO painful, but kind of like I pulled something. It went away after a minute, and I didn't notice it until after I finished and sat down for awhile, when it started to hurt again. Again, nothing too major - just kind of annoying.I figured it might be better after a night's sleep, but it's still irking me this morning. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 99.99% sure it's just a pulled muscle, because of the timing and context of when it happened - and I have no other symptoms that would lead me to think anything's wrong related to the pregnancy. But, I'm still freaking out a little bit - why couldn't I have pulled an arm muscle instead of one so close to where the baby is?? This is what I get for trying to get back into working out... ha.Has anyone else ever had this happen, and if so, any suggestions on relief for a possibly strained muscle? TIA!
