Hi ladies!
This thread is a chance to check-in with each other about our attempts to stay healthy and strong by exercising through pregnancy. I know we have had a few threads on the topic in the last few days, but here is another chance to discuss what is working and what plans you have as your body changes.
Any specific DVDs you are loving? What about ab routines -- has your doctor given you specific dos and don'ts?
What do you have planned for the week ahead?

This isn't much compared to some of you super mommies that are kicking butt, but I actually took my dog for a nice long walk today. It was the first time I got any sort of exercise in weeks! It felt pretty good!
The temps are suppose to stay warmer for the next week, so I am hoping that I can keep it up.
