I think this is a really dumb question, so bear with me.
I just found this recipe for make-ahead mashed potatoes. If I'm making them ahead, do I get through step 3, then refrigerate, then bake? Or do I make the entire recipe, and then re-heat the next day? I'm thinking it's the former.
Ooh, I bet I could mix them in the crock pot and then leave the crock pot on low or warm all day...

This. I have a couple freezer friendly mashed potato recipes that I use and with them, you thaw, and then bake when needed.
