how do you potty train for nap time?

Nora can hold her pee for forever when she's running around.  I almost have to force her to pee in the morning, but she won't hold it at nap time.  She tells me that she wakes up and pees (who knows if she's telling me the truth...).  Starting on Monday this week, I just put her down for a nap with the underwear that have a little bit of absorbency in them and she's peed her bed every day.  The 2nd day, she only peed a little bit, but today it was a whole lot.  She pees right before she goes down for a nap, but that doesn't seem to be helping.  It's sort of hard to limit what she drinks before nap bc she's eats lunch around 12/12:30 and we start winding down and reading at 1:30.  Not sure what else I can try besides what I'm doing... She's fully potty trained (besides at night, of course...). TIA for any suggestions!
