Yet another NT Scan post :p

All went well!!

Baby is measuring right on track (a few days ahead even) and had a strong hb of 175. It was amazing to see the hands/feet in more detail where we could clearly see the fingers and toes. At one point the baby had its arm above its head for a while which was cute. The head is much more rounded than it looked in our last ultrasound - everything just looked much clearer :)  The NT measurement I believe was 1.21 - perfectly normal! We went over family history and the quad testing I will be having in a couple weeks and I had the first round of b/w today. Hopefully all continues to look good.

I did find out I have placenta preevia "low lying placenta". From what I understand it means the placenta is low and covering the cervix. They told me they see it often at this stage of pregnancy and it often corrects itself. They are having me back in 2wks (instead of 4) to have another U/S to check on it. They said worst case scenario it doesn't move and I would probably need to have a c section, but it doesn't bother the baby or inhibate its growth in any way, so that's good! So I've just got to take it easy the next 2wks, no heavy lifting, but I've been abiding by those rules anyway :p They told us no intercourse and DH asked if I paid them to say that :P
