Do you have to squeeze the living daylights out of those puppies like your wringing out a wet towel? I wouldn't say I have supply issues since DS gets fed just fine off them and I do have quite a freezer stash but I can't just hold the pump up there and let the milk flow. If I did that I would probably only get 1/2 to 1 oz each. 

I have to squeeze, wring, fondle, twist to get every drop out and each one of them has their own special sweet spot that needs to be squeezed to get anything. Anyone else or do I just have uncooperative bewbies?

Mine got that way around 6 months.  Before, I had no issues with the flowing.

I have since quit pumping (about 3 weeks ago)

Not really, but towards the end I do have to squeeze and massage to get the last little bit out.  Maybe you need to turn the suction up.  Sometimes when I'm running my pump on batteries and the batteries start to die, the suction sucks and it takes a long time to get anything out.  Maybe check that and possibly turn it up a notch.

Yeah I'm at the max and it's been this way pretty much since a little before I went back to work.  When DS was a month old I had a wedding to go to overnight and pumped for a few weeks before that and my flow was great. I think it changed though because due to major spit up issues and reflux I started nursing one side. Thanks for your input though ladies! It's not that bad because like I said I still have a decent supply but it's just a lot of work.

i do squeeze them just to expedite the flow (so to speak) and of course to get the last drops out

I am very fortunate to pump at least 10 oz or more at each pump session but at the end I need to give the insides of my bewbies a little squeezeroo to get out the last bit.
