40w appt - Induction set

You can all finally stop listening to me whine about this pregnancy never ending. There is an end in sight and it is Monday - Valentines Day - which happens to be my sisters birthday along with 2 of my cousins.

I am 4cm (not sure about the other stats but last time I was 80% and -2). I was given the speech that I could go on my own before then - I am ready to go at any time, blah, blah, blah. They've been saying that for 2 weeks so I dont put much stock in it anymore (last week it was as certain as I dont think you'll make it to your next appt). My body just doesnt like to go into labor. With DS I was dilated to 5 when we scheduled my induction and was 6 when I got there. I'm pretty sure I could walk around with the head sticking out and still not be in active labor.

Woohoo! I think Valentine's Day is a great birthday (if you make it that far). Congratulations on having an end in sight!

Jeez Louise! You practically have a head coming out of your vag right now! I do hope that you go before then, but you're giving her future boyfriends and husbands a good excuse to give a joint gift - Valentine's Day and birthday!
