Babysteals & Cutey Baby CD's

Just saw that the www.babysteals.com deal of the day is 2 Cutey Baby CD's for $26.99. Do you all know much about the Cutey Baby brand? It looks as though they fit toddlers, not really babies though, as it says "adjustable 20-40lbs". Any thoughts?

I had one that I bought at Meijer for my 8 month old son. It worked fine, no leaks, but he's thin and I wish it had crossover velcro. I think it was a size medium, so I'm not sure how it would compare to the ones on BabySteals. Maybe the design I had was an older one?
