Baby congestion?

My three month old is extremely congested. Does anyone have any ideas. I tried the asperater or however you spell it. I really need some suggestions.

Not too much you can do. My baby had a cold as well. We just run the cool mist humidifier at night and in the morning we put baby saline drops in her nostrils and suck them out with a nasal bulb aspirator. I would also take her into the shower with me so the steam could help her.

We use a humidifer and nasal drops.  Both seem to help some.
