Congrats!  It doesn't matter how the baby comes out... it's a blessing just to have them be healthy!

I really enjoyed reading your birth story and how detailed it was. I definitely teared up a little bit at the part where you actually delivered him. It must have been the most amazing moment, and I'm jealous. : ) I can't wait!

Tempe-  so glad to hear your story- I was wondering how your birth went as I know you wanted natural and I saw your water broke first as mine did.  I haven't had time yet to write out our birth story, but Bennett's birth seemed similar to your lo's, except that they made me take pitocin first as my water broke and my contractions weren't close enough for them (the doctor/staff) 15 hours later.  I made it 6 hours and to 5 cm/100% effaced from 0 dilated/50% effaced with the pitocin before I couldn't take it any longer and got the epidural.  Certainly not what I had hoped for, but I will elaborate soon with a birth story when I have more than one hand to type!!!!  But congrats- no matter how they got here- they are perfect and it is okay.
