Why does the blurb say I'm a newbie?

they are only counting the posts you do on the new format!

I think I read somewhere that they are working on transitioning all the posts over to the new format.  It was in a post from a 'nest employee.'

And you are considered a newbie until you hit 501 posts on the new format.  Then you move to bronze status, then silver and gold.  Not sure how many posts you need to move up after that.
