Has anyone around school been talking about any of the NPR articles that focused on education from this morning's Morning Edition?  I was thinking of you ladies as they were being reported, just wondering what the responses would be.

I found myself realizing that colleges and universities deal with many of the same issues as high schools- kind of a "duh!" statement to make, but I get so caught up in my own microcosm in a high school that I don't always make those connections until it's more in my face.

Here is the article I referenced that got me thinking, especially about the way that students are challenged and teachers are assessed.

This one is also about undergrad college students, but I wasn't as "sparked" by it.
