We have a 4pk of Gerber Nuk Bowls and a 6pk of Gerber Nuk Soft Bite Spoons.

I started introducing a sippy cup when DD was about 7 months.

We have a 4 pack of pure rubber spoons (or gel or whatever they use) and a 4 pack of small, regular spoons with the soft end. As for bowls we just use the regular bowls that we use and feed him out of those.

We're planning on starting him with a sippy cup around 7 months, he's REALLY interested in our cups (to the point where it's practically impossible to drink when you're holding him).
