Hotels near Disneyland

Can anyone recommend a family friendly hotel within walking distance to Disneyland? My husband and I will be staying there with my 2 1/2 y.o. (at the time) DS. The Disney-owned hotel seems pretty pricey and I would prefer to stay under $200/night.

    Not within walking distance but I know all of the hotels around the convention center run shuttles quite frequently. We've had family stay there and they said the shuttles were frequent enough that they didn't seem to have a problem. Plus it also puts you closer to non-Disney dining options, if you want to save some money.

    Ditto 5dogs.  

     We have stayed at the Hyatt (which is in walking distance) and really liked it.

    I believe even the hotels in Garden Grove on Harbor Blvd. and Chapman Ave. (I think there is like 5 hotels at that intersection) all run shuttles to Disney.
