Success after IF

Boy mama's like to shop too dagnabit!

I am in the mood to spend some money so I have been checking out all the various sale sites for the past 2 weeks hoping something will make me grab my wallet. I have seen umpteen things for girls compared to 1 thing for boys all week long. Zulily, totsie you name it...

I know girls are more fun to dress up, but boys need some stuff too! I swear if I was even remotely good at creativity I would make a boy line of clothing.

A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

  • Totally agree. Boy mama's get the shaft when it comes to cute clothes online and in stores. Gotta love 8 racks of girls clothes to 3 of boys.

  • Have you looked at the new Adobe line at baby gap?  It was on sale a few days ago but I'm not sure if it still is.  They have some cute stuff!  I did some online shopping and put items in my shopping cart but decided to hold off - a decision I'm sure I will regret when the sale is over.

Oh thanks - off to check it out!

  • I hear you..its really frustrating!  add to it that girls just have more kinds of clothes that they can wear (dresses, skirts, tights, etc)...sigh..
  • I couldn't agree more!  I have one of each now, and Michael totally gets less-because there is less to chose from!  I guess the only good thing about it is that i save money!
  • I could not agree with this post enough!

  • I always have trouble finding boy stuff.  I did see some cute stuff for summer at Children's Place a week or so ago.

  • I hear you.   For now I save money and don't go crazy buying stuff for N.   Now I can't promise the same thing when A is born in a couple of months- good thing she has a walk in closet.

  • While they aren't sale sites, when your little guy starts wearing size 2T, there are more stores to shop at!  I have recently bought my LO summer stuff from Lands' End.  And, not at discount, Mini Boden has cute baby boy things.  But, Gap is and will be my first shopping stop for LO.

But seriously, Zulily has so many cute things for girls and merely a nod towards the boys.  Come on!!!
