Old style GMs versus new style

I just received a bunch of NIP GMs. Some of them have a logo where "good" is red/pink and bigger, and others have logos where "goodmama" is all in black. Based on pictures form the flickr page, it seems as though the former is newer.

1) Am I correct that the red/pink "good" logo indicates the newer style of goodmama? Meaning, did the change in logo correspond with the switch from the "old style" to the "new style"?

2) What changes were made with the new style? A higher rise, right? What else?

1) yes, I think you are correct.

2)  I believe the old style had the prints on the back of the soaker? Not sure what else is different.

2)  I believe the old style had the prints on the back of the soaker? Not sure what else is different. Yes, about the soaker and the print on the back. Also, the soaker is a bit longer in the newer style. I have a couple of the older styles and they work, but I definitely prefer the newer style.

Depending on when the older style was made, it might be pretty crappy quality from what I've heard.

Huh. I just compared an old-logo diaper with a new-logo diaper side by side. At first glance, it looks like the old-logo one has a higher rise and a longer soaker. Neither one has print on the back of the soaker. 

Maybe I have it backwards?

I think the ones with the print on the back are very very old. I only have one that has this and it was from 2007. The black text is older and the stacked text is newer

I had several GMs in 2008 9with the old logo) and none had print on the soaker.

She switched to the longer soaker when they still had the old tags. IMO just the tag changed as I have some with the old logo tags that are same soaker length and cut as my one with the new tag
