Success after IF

Jax has RSV:(

I can't believe he is sick again, and really sick this time.  When I took him in I thought I was just being a little too "new mom" and that it was just a dry cough.  The fever literally came out of nowhere, it was 99.5 when we left the house but by the time they got us in an hour later it was up to 101.2.  His O2 is at 97.5 and they gave us hospital admission papers on the way out in case we need to go this week so we can skip the ER which I figure is not a good sign.  He was pretty bad in the middle of the night so I called but since he wasn't having nose flaring she said we could stay put but we are going back in now to recheck his O2.

 Good vibes are appreciated!

  • Prayers for quick healing.
  • RSV sucks. I hope he gets better soon. The pedi says that us basically camping out in the steamy bathroom every day that Noah was sick really helped him from going into the very serious territory. We did it at least 3 times/day and "hit" his back while in there.

We have been doing this and our nosefrieda should be here tomorrow!  Did Noah need breathing treatments?  We are doing two separate medications, one every four hours and the other twice a day.

Nope no breathing treatments! We were so, so lucky, especially because his fever was 102 at one point.
