? about inserts

I use BG 3.0 pockets, and I have been having to use both the insert and the doubler that come with it lately. I would like to only use an insert, so I'm thinking of getting some hemp inserts b/c they're more absorbent. I'm having a hard time figuring out which ones to buy. Some are called "inserts" and some "doublers," but they look the same to me (and some don't have the specs so I don't know the thickness). 

Does anyone use just one hemp insert, and if so what is the brand/name?

Inserts are thicker than doublers because doublers are made to be used with something else. I love BabyKicks Joey Bunz inserts. I use them almost exclusively in all of my pockets.

I use Blueberry mf/hemp combo inserts in our BGs.  They are thinner and more absorbent than using both BG mf inserts.  Love.
