We have given DD it before. I just forget how much to give her.

It's all based on weight.  So what I give my son could be twice as much as you should be giving your daughter.  you should call your pedi.

It is, but it is listed under age, not weight. DD is close to 30lbs, so I figure I could go with age 2-3. I just thought someone might have a closer dosage.

I would give her the dosage it says for her weight on the bottle.

The dosage on the bottle if for children 2+.. I would call your pedi if you need to know the proper amount.

We went to the pedi today. She recommended 4 mL for my LO who is just over 20 lbs.

DD is close to 25 pounds and the pedi said that 1/2 teaspoon was the dose for her. The links others have posted would give her way more than that. I would call your pedi to see what they feel is the right dose.
