Those taking Nature Made PNVs with DHA

I bought a bottle of these when we first started TTC and they were great - no smell, smooth, easy to swallow capusle - total winner. I was almost out and bought another 2 bottles at Costco last week. Finally opened them and OMG - they REEK! I can't even blame it on being pregnant b/c my H gagged when he smelled them. The texture is also very different from the first bottle. Are you girls having the same issue with them or did I just get a bad batch? The second bottle is the same way.

I can't imagine why they'd change their formula to one that smells like a mix of fish arse and cat litter. Because, you know, pregnant women just loooove funky smells.

Ew that's no good!  I feel blessed that I don't seem to have issues with PNVs, I have taken several different brands, none of which bother me at all.  Can you get your money back somehow?

And totally off topic, but I see you like to sew.  I've never gotten into sewing much, but I do really enjoy spinning yarn!  Do you do any yarn crafts? I know they often go hand-in-hand

These are the ones I got, that I was asking about last week.  They are not a capsule, they do smell kinda weird and have a brown-ish textured look to them.  I agree with you that they smell funky, which kind of sucks.  Plug your nose and down them???

I recall mine having a slight odor when they were new.  I'm half way through two Costco bottles (one at home, one at work) and the smell is faint. Maybe leave a bottle open for a day to air out?

I have been taking this brand for a few months now and even before I was pregnant I thought they stunk.  I just open the bottle far from my nose and quickly swallow the pill with something other than water to disguise the taste.  So far so good.  I tried a few separate DHA supplements along with a regular PNV during my first pregnancy and they all had a bad odor.
