Greenwich Fertility Center ?

Does anyone have any experiences with Greenwich Fertility Center? I do like that they are affiliated with NYU and it sounds like you can have your ER and ET done at the NYU facility.

I haven't heard anything about them.  But in NY you have Cornell and SIRM which are the best in the country next to CCRM in Denver.

Dr. Barry Witt got me pregnant twice! He lacks any personality whatsoever so if you want warmness and encouragement and all that, he's not your guy. That said, his nursing and front desk staff whom you'll spend 99% of your time with are WONDERFULLY warm and kind and bend over backwards to help with anything and everything. They used to do the ER and ET at NYU in manhattan back when I did my first IVF round (March 2009) but now they have a lab at greenwich hosptial. My frozen embryos are still at NYU so when i did my FET I still had to go to nyu. No biggie, lovely staff there too. Currenly 17 weeks pg with my 2nd son.

    :)

Peterson, this made me LOL!  While I did not have fertility treatments, we were sent to Dr. Witt because he is excellent at ascertaining problems that cause multiple miscarriages (I had three in a row before we were blessed with our little boy.)  Dr. Witt ran a battery of tests, recommended a wonderful hematologist (Dr. M.S. Lee, also affiliated with Greenwich Hospital) and did all he could before pronouncing that there was nothing amiss, and that we should just keep trying.  But at one point, we had the following (hilarious) conversation:

DH:  Dr. Witt, we know John and Jane Doe and they came to you a few years back.  We also know John and Jane Smith and they also raved about how great you were.

Dr. Witt:  How are they doing?

Me:  They're wonderful.  They both have adopted children now.

Dr. Witt: (dryly)  Well, that doesn't say very much for me, does it?
