Yes, DD has been like this lately too. I get up with her every morning and take her and pick her up from daycare and half the time she doesn't even want to leave with me..LOL..but when she hears her daddy come in from work, no matter where she is in the house, she takes off running for him and SCREAMS..DAD!!! and runs into his arms...It can be hard to watch sometimes! lol Then, she won't let him put her down, if he does, she just throws herself into a fit until he picks her back up...
when he comes home from work she screams for him until she gets hugs and kisses and he has to give her 100% of his attention and isn't allowed to leave the room, LOL.
i can leave the room and if i go out for a while and when i come in, she looks up and goes right back to playing as if she could care less. ::sigh::

Oh yeah. Its happening here and has been for a few weeks. I just figured it was because I drop her off at daycare.... and she had a tough time with it at first. And by she I mean we....:D I am a bit jealous as well. But hopefully it will even out soon!
we're starting to go through this right now too... I'll be holding her and she'll be perfectly fine, but then as soon as she sees Sean wants to go to him right away. Hoping it's a phase.
DD has been a Daddy's Girl since day one. But since hitting one year old, even more so. I think it's because she sees so much more of me than him that she just loves to see him. I'm always around! Frankly, I love it b/c when she does call for him and he's here, I'm happy to let him take her so I can relax!
