Feedback on Fall Activities for Baby

So.... we are planning to take DS to a Pumpkin Patch Farm to pick out a pumpkin, see the petting zoo and maybe go on a hayride.

I have a bad memory on all this stuff from my childhood, does all this seem appropriate for a 5 month old?

well don't expect him to remember any of it of course, but i think theyall sound like fun photo ops for sure!

We're taking Lucas to do all of that stuff this weekend.  We're going with several friends and their children, ranging from 4 months to 3 years).  I can't wait to take pictures.  Like pp said I don't plan on him remembering it at about 3 months, but it will be fun for us!  Have a great time and take lots of pictures!

Yea' I know he wont remember it, but I figure it will be good "short-term memory" entertainment for him, and get for pictures and a great fun-family day activity.

Heck! I don't remember my field trips to the pumpkin patch from when I was in grade school. My memory is horrible.

I think it sounds like fun!  You probably already know this, but I read about petting zoo animals carrying lots of germs, so I'd probably look but not touch at his age.

We've taken Michael to the petting zoo but did not let him touch the animals, IMO they're gross & dirty.  We are going to a pumpkin patch and hayride Friday!!  Yippie!!

We just got home from picking out pumpkins with DS and taking TONS of adorable photos in his pumpkin costume next to the farms huge fall/pumpkin display =D

He won't remember it but we will! LOL.
