sleeping after shots

Baby Charlie had 2 shots at 9:30 this morning. He was asleep by the time we got home from the pedi. He woke up to eat around 11:30 but then went right back to sleep again.

Normal reaction?

DS slept for 4.5 hours after his shots, ate just a little bit, and went back to sleep for a few hours.  Normal.

totally normal! thats how DD was. and thats much better than crying/fussing!

Yep, DS slept the whole day after his two month shots.  I took it as an opportunity to get stuff done around the house, since at that time he never wanted to be put down.

Perfectly normal reaction...Angelica slept pretty much the rest of the day after hers. (The four month shots were another beast altogether!)
