Bubs--Rx Ques.
Sorry to bug you with a Rx ques 
. My 4yr old has borderline bronchitis (per the pedi today). She didn't prescribe anything, bc his strep culture was negative, no fever. He sounds like crap. Real croupy deep and junky cough with congestion. She recommended mucinex to keep it loose, no antibiotics yet. What mucinex do I give? My husband took him, so of course he doesn't know. Do I want a DM to quiet the cough, or an expectorant? I have only ever given children's robitussin cough n cold. TY for your help ?
