suddenly stinky farts

Ds's farts have never smelled like roses, but the past 2-3 days they are nasty!  They smell like cat farts and are making me gag.  It basically started 1-2 days after we started cereal again.  He isn't pooping as much (used to be 2-3x/day and now is 1x every 1-3 days) and when he does it's more clay like.  This wouldn't mean he's constipated would it?

I don't know about constipation, but this happened to my DS too.  His farts never used to bother me, but now they are foul, like hold your breath foul.  I think it coincided with the start of him taking Prevacid though.  Maybe the cereal is causing it?

Interesting.  Ds is on Prevacid, but has been for a few months.
