Infant car seat ratings and recs?

Does anyone know which infant car seat is rated the best.  In 2006 we went with the graco snugride for DD.  Not sure if that is still the best bet.  I will need to fit an infant seat and a toddler harness booster in the back seat.  Thanks!!!

    Do you still have the Snugride? We're still using ours from 2006. I think it expires next year.
