Help with Diaper Rash Needed

LO has diaper rash. He had it for a day twice before but this one is sticking around.I am not sure what I am doing wrong. He doesn't seem to have any elimination schedule yet, so we change him based on his cues (crying with pee and noises with poo). Should I set a clock to check him instead? Other thoughts?

Are you using a cream? I have found that CJ's and California Baby don't help LO. I use fleece liners and Boudreax's Butt Paste. Give LO naked time each day to let the air help heal it.
