Hair and Nails

Anyone beside me not reaping the benefits of prenatal vitamins and hormones when it comes to the mythical longer, thicker hair and nails???

My hair is growing just as it had before (not faster or thicker) and my nails, well they've always been soft and brittle, but I was hoping I'd get a reprieve, even if just for a few months and have nice nails for a change!

I'm almost in my 3rd tri and just in the last few weeks the hair falling out in the shower has drastically decreased.  My nails would be luxurious but I bite them.

Well that's hopefull...I'm almost 25 weeks (just about to head into my 3rd tri) so maybe there is still some possibility for it to kick in!
