Kawaii snaps issue. (vent)

I'm bummed; I asked on here if Kawaii rise snaps were tough to keep snapped; you ladies suggested I contact the company.  I did, and was told, "Sorry you had that problem, it's not a common issue."  It seemed pretty brusque, and I'm ticked off.  With the rise unsnapped, they're enormous on my very small 9 month old.

Grrr.  At least they are fairly inexpensive, but I surely can't sell them or really do anything with them.

Did you directly ask them to replace? That is an odd response, I have always had great responses from them.

I'm assuming you bought them directly from theluvyourbaby.com? If you didn't, maybe you can talk to whatever retailer you bought from?

I'm sorry you're having a lousy experience with them, especially because I often recommend Kawaii. I love them and I have tons of them.
