I think it varies, but DD didn't get any at hers.

Our pedi does MMR and varicella.

DD is getting her MMR and I'm going to space out the varicella upon recommendation, she'll be going in March.

My DD got the chicken pox vaccine.  She was scheduled to have the MMR but her doc said he wanted to wait until she was 18 months old.

DD got 3 shots at hers.

DD got a DTP shot.  She was due for chickenpox and MMR as well, but there was some confusion over what she had already had because we switched practices so we decided to wait for those while we cleared it up with her old pedi.  We will probably just add them on to her 18 month.  Otherwise, it's just normal developmental questions.  They'll want to know if your LO is walking, climbing stairs, etc. and what where your LO is with language skills.

We just had my sons and he had two shots. Are pedi also sends your child to the hospital to have blood drawn to check for their hemoglobin and lead levels. I'm thinking its unual because haven't ever heard anyone else's dr doing this, it def wasn't fun getting his blood drawn but I'm ok with extra tests.
