Cute banners at the bottom of your post. Help?

Im new to the bump and I was just wondering how everyone gets these cute little banner things at the bottom of all of their posts? I try to click on them but it just takes me back to the bump homepage? I find one that had a link and I got the code but I dont know how to get it to appear on every post I write? Help? haha
