Gah working life sucks!

I just started a new job 4 weeks ago. Dh went out of the country this week. Ds came down with the stomach bug Sunday night. I called off Monday, had to leave early today bc he had the runs and found out tonight he (most likely) infected my babysitters kid so I will need to call off tomorrow. Not sure what to do about Friday...Dh will be back but his two "backups" are out for a funeral and a vacation and his work begged him to come in. We have no family in town, and no backup babysitter.

Don't you love it? I could lose my mind sometimes. I am thankful for friends/neighbors who help when they can and we always try to return the favor.

The best part?? I'm starting to feel queasy. One positive note, my neighbor snowplowed my driveway tonight! A huge help!
