I posted before about the oversell on the soaker I really wanted. Shannon from WB is such a sweetheart to deal with! She is going to hold a girly medium soaker when she gets them made up and email me a pic instead of putting it up on the site... If I like it, its mine. ![]()
Since she already has my payment, I asked if she could do that rather than just refund me and I'd have to stalk the site again and she said no problem. So nice!
Not only does their wool rock, but I'm impressed with her CS. She could have just said sorry, you'll get a refund kthanksbye, which is the attitude some companies have.

I've had her not reply on FB before but I don't think its on purpose. Fan pages don't get notifications the way personal pages do. I'm really happy with how helpful she is being and I love the WBs we have so far.
