WB customer service rave!

I posted before about the oversell on the soaker I really wanted. Shannon from WB is such a sweetheart to deal with! She is going to hold a girly medium soaker when she gets them made up and email me a pic instead of putting it up on the site... If I like it, its mine.

Since she already has my payment, I asked if she could do that rather than just refund me and I'd have to stalk the site again and she said no problem. So nice!

Not only does their wool rock, but I'm impressed with her CS. She could have just said sorry, you'll get a refund kthanksbye, which is the attitude some companies have.

She's awesome! After I won something from the uglies sale, she had lanolin available. I asked her if she could combine shipping for me and she ended up shipping it for free!

Yeah she's definitely awesome.  A lot of women complain about her on her FB page b/c she doesn't always respond but I personally, have not had anything like that happen.  Her wool is gorgeous, affordable, smells AMAZING, shipping is fast and she is such a huge help when need be.  Makes me not want to buy wool from anyone else.  Glad she is hooking you up!

I've had her not reply on FB before but I don't think its on purpose. Fan pages don't get notifications the way personal pages do. I'm really happy with how helpful she is being and I love the WBs we have so far.
