Talk to me about swim diapers

So, if swim diapers aren't waterproof and only catch poop, theoretically I can use my crappy pocket diapers with no inserts? I have been saving my dozen or so delaminated Nubunz pocket diapers with hopes that the company will actually respond to my emails. They have a cloth inner, so they wouldn't be uncomfortable.

Yes, I have heard of people just using unstuffed pockets as swim diapers.

I think you can, yes.

If you're going to a public pool I would probably call to make sure.  The one that we go to for swimming class has pretty strict rules about what type of diaper is allowed.

We used those and just good fitting covers. No problems.
