Do you lie down after you place your suppositories?

i am on progesterone sups twice a day, so one is in the morning and i never feel like i lie down long enough for it to be effective... if you try to lie down how long do you stay put??

I never lie down, I think in the directions it says that you don't need to.

I never used to lie down when I was on prog supps. In fact, at one point (early on in my pregnancy), I had to do them 3x a day & did one at work. I just pushed it using the applicator & put on a panty liner. So if you lie down after (for any amount of time), then I'm sure you are fine.

I never lied down, I was on them 3 x a day. I was assured that any leakage from them was extra and not to worry about it.

I did when I was pregnant with DD.  I would get up an hour before I had to and do my morning sup and then go back to bed for an hour (I would also typically eat, which helped me avoid throwing up). 

With this pregnancy, I want every precious moment in bed that I can get, so I didn't.

Nope. When I was taking them 3x a day, mid-day there was no chance to lie down. Besides, even the one I took in the evening, I felt like it leaked out anyway.
